Kronjuvelen has a few floors left to go before topping out. Soon, the 27-floors residential building will rise 79 meters above the district of Eriksberg in Gothenburg. Consolis Strängbetong, which supplies the entire precast frame, including the brick facades, released stunning aerial footage capturing the fantastic views on the Göta River and the former shipyards.
Beyond its panoramic views, the high-rise building stands out because of its brick facades with a frame of coloured concrete around the windows. Our customer, JM, designed the building by paying close attention to details to integrate the architecture into the surroundings.
