In Hamburg, Germany, The striking 18 storeys high EDGE ElbSide office building is being built at the eastern entrance to Hamburg’s HafenCity. The new landmark building will become office space, housing many tenants.
By combining open spaces and stairwells that are grouped around a “main street”, it allows vertical connections over several floors. This design will make the office building a living and energetic place where people can work and connect.
The prestressed, ecological concrete floor and ceiling system delivered by Consolis adds to the sustainable side of the building, making it into a place that will last for many, many years to come.
