Mikael Stöhr appointed Chief Executive Officer of Consolis from Q3, 2020

The Supervisory Board of Consolis Group announces the appointment of Mikael Stöhr as CEO of the Group, effective in Q3, 2020. Currently CEO of Coor Service Management, a leading provider of facility management services in the Nordic countries, Mikael Stöhr has strong international experience in the management and transformation of companies across diverse industries.

Commenting on the appointment, Matthias Boyer Chammard, member of the supervisory board of Consolis Group and a Managing Director of Bain Capital Private Equity, said: “We very much look forward to Mikael Stöhr joining our Group as CEO and leading Consolis in the next stage of its international growth. I would also like to thank Nicolas Yatzimirsky for his time as CEO and for continuing his support of Consolis as President.”

Mikael Stöhr’s career:
Before joining Consolis, Stöhr has been CEO and President of Coor – a leading provider of facility management services in the Nordic countries – since 2013.

He will remain a Board Member of Ambea, a market leading care provider in the Nordics. Stöhr has worked as a CEO in an international environment for the last 15 years; before Coor he worked for Green Cargo and AxIndustries. He held the following positions: CEO Coor, CEO Green Cargo, CEO AxIndustries, SVP Axel Johnson International, Trade Commissioner at Swedish Trade Council in Russia, Consultant at McKinsey, and Lawyer at Mannheimer Swartling.

Born in 1970, Stöhr is a graduate in law and business administration from Lund University, Sweden
