Consolis appoints Daniel Warnholtz as new CFO

Consolis, European leader in precast construction solutions, is pleased to announce the appointment of Daniel Warnholtz as Chief Financial Officer of the Company, effective today. Daniel Warnholtz will join Consolis executive team. He replaces Anne France Laclide who has decided to pursue career opportunities outside the company. Anne France Laclide will be available to Consolis during a transitional period.

Commenting on the appointment, Mikael Stöhr, Chief Executive Officer said: “I am thrilled that Daniel is joining the executive team of Consolis. He is a highly skilled CFO and brings extensive industrial and international experience and a proven track record of leading high-performing finance teams. Finally, I would like to thank Anne France Laclide for her contribution to the Company.”

Daniel Warnholtz bio:
During his career, he has lived and worked in Sweden, Finland, Belgium and Switzerland. Before joining Consolis, Daniel Warnholtz has held senior positions at Procter & Gamble and Astra Zeneca. His most recent role was Group CFO and Deputy CEO of Ambea that he joined in 2011. During his time with Ambea, he played an important role in building and developing Ambea to the position as Scandinavia’s leading care provider.

Born in 1973, Mr. Warnholtz is a Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA) with degrees in Financial Management and Economics.
