Consolis Finnish subsidiary, Parma Oy has acquired assets of Specifinn Oy, producer of inner walls in Kotka and Kuusankoski in Finland. The contract, which includes both the business and the name of Specifinn, was signed on March 16th, 2007. Specifinn Oy has net sales of 8 M€ and 50 employees.
