Mikko Kilpinen has been appointed Chief Financial Officer after Jean-Francois Guillou who has retired

Seppo Rajamäki, Group Vice President, Baltics and Eastern Branch has retired.

Richard Ziegler has been appointed Group Vice President, Central Europe Branch, with responsibility for Czech Republic, Germany, Holland, Hungary, Poland, Romania and Ukraine. In addition he supervises Group Purchasing and Consolis Hormifuste.

Pertti Nupponen, Group Vice President, Scandinavian branch will be responsible also for Eastern Europe, ie., Baltic countries and Russia. In addition he supervises Northern IT and Communication.

Vincent Guelfucci remains Group Vice President for Western Europe Civil Works with responsibility for France and United Kingdom. In addition he supervises Southern IT.

Jean Claude Perron has been appointed Group Vice President, Southern Branch, responsible for Egypt, Indonesia, Spain and Tunisia. He is also Group Vice President for Water Network Solutions.

Bert Jongsma has been appointed Group Vice President, Building Solutions.

Patrick Mirat has been appointed Group Vice President, Rail Solutions.
