Consolis Norwegian subsidiary Spenncon has acquired Hedmark Elementbygg in Hamar, central eastern Norway. Hedmark Elementbygg  supplies concrete elements and projects to the Hamar district as well as the central eastern parts of Norway. Spenncon already has a factory at Hønefoss supplying the eastern region. – Now we will have a centrally located manufacturer enabling us to strengthen both our capacity and competitive power throughout the eastern parts of Norway, explains Ingrid Dahl Hovland, Managing Director of Spenncon.

Hedmark Elementbygg has 50 employees. It will be a subsidiary owned 100% by Spenncon. Management and employees at Hedmark Elementbygg continue as such.

Spenncon already has more than 650 employees in Norway, the net sales amounting to 143 M€. - Spenncon’s strategy is to industrialize the construction activity. We deliver precast elements and predesign ensuring efficient top class quality and security throughout the building process. Hedmark Elementbygg represents a very important contribution to our portfolio, says Hovland.
