The transaction of Consolis shares between Industri Kapital and LBO France was closed on Tuesday, March 6th, 2007. LBO France is now the main owner of Consolis with 60 % of shares. Consolis Management owns 40 %.

LBO France is one of the largest private equity funds in France. It is based in Paris and has over the recent years invested in such companies as Materis, Terreal, Actaris and Wheelabrator.
