In November 2007, Consolis Holding issued an amendment request to its pool of banks to raise additional 150 M€ acquisition/capex facilities.

Consolis applied for these facilities to finance new acquisitions and to support Consolis growth strategy. The request was approved and the syndication of the facilities achieved a healthy oversubscription.

The 150 M€ new facilities document was signed in Paris on February 4th, 2008.
