Bonna Sabla has acquired BIHR Group, located in Neuves Maisons, France. The contract was signed on October 10th, 2007.  BIHR Group is part of the COURQUET family, and it comprises of three companies named GM INVESTISSEMENTS SAS, BIHR ENVIRONNEMENT SA and BIHR DISTRIBUTION SARL. The Group's main activity is manufacturing containers and urban furniture. BIHR Group has net sales of M€ 6,3 and 59 employees.

Bonna Sabla acquired two companies EURO CASE and FRANCE CASE. The contract was signed on July 30th, 2007. The main activity of these companies is to manufacture vaults and funeral products. EURO CASE has net sales of 4,5 M€ and 38 employees. FRANCE CASE has net sales of 2,7 M€ and 23 employees.

On July 23rd, 2007, Bonna Sabla acquired TCR (Société Les Tuyaux Centrifuges du Rhin).  TCR's main activity is to manufacture concrete pipes. The contract includes the company Zublin Rohrvertriebsgessellschaft Gmbh, which sells TCR’s products in Germany. TCR has net sales of 10 M€ and 54 employees.

On July 6th, 2007, Bonna Sabla acquired S.A.C.A (Société Anonyme des Ciments Armés) in France. SACA's main activity is manufacturing pipes and manholes. The company has net sales of 4 M€ and 29 employees.
