Bain Capital Private Equity announced on Thursday April 20th that the acquisition of the Consolis Group is now complete. Bain Capital is now the majority shareholder of the Consolis Group.
Nicolas Yatzimirsky, Consolis’s CEO said, “This is good news for our Group, as the investment by Bain Capital will enable us to pursue our transformation program and set the right foundations for achieving our ambition of €2 billion sales by 2020”. He added “I would like to thank those teams who have been particularly involved over the past few months and am looking forward to exciting times ahead for our Group”.
